- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing information.

- Manage sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

- Assist with lead generation and qualification, contributing to sales pipeline growth.

- Coordinate sales events and marketing campaigns, providing logistical support.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

- Prepare reports and analyses to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
