We are seeking a Business Development professional. This role may require travel for client meetings.

● Expand the network and grow the client base through events or online activities based on customer profiles.

● Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

● Proactively monitor industry trends and stay informed about developments within the industry.

● Complete daily customer service tasks on the official website, actively understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions.

● Educate clients to equip them with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions.

● Establish strategic partnerships with our product distribution channels.

● Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, as well as client acquisition tactics, to achieve sales targets and drive new business growth.

● Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and regularly report on revenue performance and progress toward targets.

● Collaborate with specialists in product, data, and technology to maximize client satisfaction throughout their journey.

● Major: English major, with a preference for candidates with a background in studying in the United States. For non-English majors, proficiency in English as a working language is required.

● Candidates should be self-motivated, able to regularly contact and follow up with clients, and demonstrate persistence, consistency, and excellent time management skills.

● Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

● The candidate should be sales-oriented, results-driven, and skilled in relationship-building and client service, capable of working under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

● Willingness to adapt to global travel.

● Have a certain understanding of or strong interest in the Web3 industry. Six months of working experience in the blockchain and Web3 industry is a plus.
