Description
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in system operation, backup and recovery, Windows Server management, and database operation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, perform system backups, and assist with recovery processes.
