Job Title: Facebook Advertising Specialist

Location: Manila, Philippines

Department: Marketing

Number of Positions: 1-2

Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience and skills  

Job Responsibilities:

 1. Responsible for the advertising of the company's products on the Facebook platform, developing and executing advertising strategies.

 2. Manage and optimize advertising accounts, monitor ad performance, and ensure the achievement of expected conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).

 3. Write advertising copy and design ad materials based on target markets and user profiles, ensuring ads are launched on schedule.

 4. Analyze advertising data in real-time, adjust strategies to enhance advertising effectiveness.

 5. Collaborate with the design team to provide creative materials, ensuring the attractiveness and relevance of advertising content.

 6. Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' advertising strategies, offering optimization suggestions.     

Job Requirements:

 1. Associate degree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or related fields.

 2. Good English reading and writing skills; CET-4 or above preferred.

 3. Familiarity with the operational processes of the Facebook advertising platform, with experience in ad placement and optimization.

 4. Strong data analysis skills, able to adjust advertising strategies based on data.

 5. Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to collaborate with design, sales, and other departments.

 6. Experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas market promotion will be given priority.
