Job Duties and Responsibilities


Responsible for pursuing opportunities for the business’ long-term growth from clientele, markets, and relationships, through effective sales and marketing strategies and relationship management.


Sales & Account Management


· Generates leads and acquires clients for the company’s products and services; ensures that expected outcomes are clear with clients.

· Prepares proposals, sales contracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements and other related documents to document completion of sale; ensures that customer needs are clearly understood.

· Collaborates with concerned parties in order to address customer needs.

· Develops an annual business growth strategy; determines the paths available to create long-term value for the Company.

· Establishes and maintains relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.

· Issues and monitors sales invoices in a timely manner; collaborates with the Finance and Accounting Team for proper update of documentations.


Marketing


· Develops marketing content and collaterals to increase client base and business partners.

· Develops and implements strategic partnership activities in order to raise brand awareness as well as position the Company as a market leader.

· Continuously gathers and translates customer feedback into actionable items for improving products and services.


Business Development


· Identifies possible business opportunities based on the strengths and capabilities of the Company.

· Identifies competitive price points and value bundles of products and services.


Job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience


Experience

● 5 years business development/sales and relationship management experience in IT services delivery or related industry

● Evidence of successfully expanding and leveraging professional network

Skills and Abilities

● Excellent selling, marketing, organization, and team collaboration skills

● Excellent high-level negotiation skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

● Strong team leadership skills

● Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment

  • ● Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
