The company offers regulatory compliance consultancy and focuses on growing operations for clients in industries such as BPO, Tech, Financial, Realty, and Insurance, serving as a one-stop-shop for all business needs.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Taguig City. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, communication, and customer service on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in coordinating schedules and managing appointments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year experience in BPO is a PLUS
