Job Description

This is an inside sales position where you will make calls to future customers to secure appointments.

We will provide everything you need for the calls, including target lists and talk scripts.

You will be using a computer and connecting via an online calling application.

Who will you be calling?

You will be making calls to corporate representatives such as HR personnel and sales managers.

The success of inside sales is derived from the multiplication of three factors:

- Quality of the list

- Completeness of the talk script

- The caller's expressiveness and responsiveness

Making calls to unqualified leads or repeatedly facing rejections only exhausts the caller without any fruitful outcome.

Therefore, based on feedback from call results, we continuously improve the lists and scripts as quickly as possible.

It's unacceptable to pressure the other party into scheduling an appointment over the phone.

We focus on acquiring appointments that are based on essential proposals and will be appreciated in the future.

Currently, we have 6 full-time employees and over 40 inside sales members.
