ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead and mentor junior team members.
● Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and understand user scenarios. ● Review and improve existing test strategies and processes.
● Investigate and implement new testing tools and methodologies.
● Provide technical leadership in testing and contribute to improving product quality. Expectation for the first 6 months
● Familiarize with the squad / product supported, AGILE practices and the standardized testing processes.
● Can create Test Analysis based on requirements, incorporating the minimum standard and guidelines set by the QA department.
● Leads / assists the TAAS in test preparation, test execution and test reporting.
● Started to create test automation scripts.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND COMPETENCIES
Essential Skills / Non Negotiable Skills
● Strong experience in agile environments and in leading quality initiatives.
● Advanced understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
● Exceptional soft skills, including communication, leadership, and collaboration. Desirable Skills / Good To Haves
● Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).
● Design, implement and maintain basic test automation frameworks.
● 4-7 years of experience in software development or QA roles.
