You Will Be Responsible For The Following

Acts as Business Analytics team’s primary resource in ensuring all data, analytics and reporting deliverables are of high quality standards and have been tested thoroughly in accordance with best practices
Leads, creates, reviews, approves, and rolls out plans and standards to address data, reporting, and analytics issues, and works with cross-functional teams to develop interim and/or permanent solutions to issues
Interacts with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, and creates testing plans and procedures
Owns, leads, develops, reviews, approves, and rolls out policies and procedures to ensure team and individual compliance to agreed SLAs
Acts as facilitator to peers and business stakeholders in ensuring high quality standards Identifies areas for improvement and implements sensible and logical actions based on recommendations
Leads the establishment, and enforcement of the team’s ways of working, rules of engagement, processes and procedures, and monitors adherence of team members
