- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
- Assist in training users on new applications and systems.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with users.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in POS systems, troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote troubleshooting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, customer-focused, and team player.
