  • Troubleshoot and repair networks, hardware, and software for desktops and laptops.
  • Administer and maintain CCTV, IP telephony, and firewall systems.
  • Provide technical support for servers, networks, telephones, POS, and other devices.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor systems, perform monthly IT audits, and ensure updates and patches are applied.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement and obtain multiple quotes.
  • Provide technical support via phone or in-person.
  • Maintain IT records and office supplies inventory.
  • Visit branches for equipment checks and CCTV backup management.
  • Coordinate repairs of office equipment with suppliers.
  • Assist at the reception area as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

职位要求

  • With relevant experience (especially in POS)
  • 1 to 2 years related work experience
  • With a bachelor's degree in IT-related courses.
  • Can work ASAP.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
