职位描述
- Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure project delivery.
- Oversee design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Mentor and train engineering staff for career development.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or any related IT courses.
- Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-exposed to social media advertising and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with database management, network administration, and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud computing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing IT projects and coordinating with different departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CISSP are a plus.
