About the Role
Amped HQ is on the lookout for a versatile and highly motivated HR Supervisor to join our growing team. If you’re an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and people-first environment, this is your moment.
As HR Supervisor, you'll take ownership of core HR functions across employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, compliance, workforce planning, HR documentation, and culture building. You’ll also play a vital role in championing our company culture and collaborating closely with the Recruitment Manager to support seamless talent acquisition and onboarding experiences.
This role requires sharp communication, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on approach to everything you do. We're building something exciting here at Amped, and we want someone who’s all in.
What You'll Do
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Ensure HR policies and processes reflect both Philippine labor law compliance and our core Amped HQ values.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing responsive, empathetic, and practical support.
- Oversee the integrity and confidentiality of employee records.
- Lead and support initiatives that promote a high-performance, high-trust culture.
- Partner with the Client Success Manager to facilitate growth-oriented performance management processes.
- Collaborate with the Admin & Procurement Manager on compensation, benefits, rewards, recognition, and vendor relationships.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs that strengthen connection, motivation, and well-being across the team.
- Address employee relations matters and grievances with fairness, empathy, and discretion.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain organized and up-to-date HR documentation within Salesforce.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of payroll, timekeeping, employee loans, benefits, and expense claims.
- Provide data-driven HR reports and insights to inform leadership decisions.
- Keep the company aligned and compliant with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
- Support alignment of HR policies with internal administrative processes.
Talent & Recruitment Support
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to support end-to-end hiring processes (sourcing, initial interviews, candidate readiness calls, CV formatting, and final-stage interviews).
- Maintain the active talent pool through sending regular check-in emails & updating their talent profile on our TalentHub portal.
- Provide valuable insights on culture fit and candidate experience.
- Assist in building an onboarding experience that reflects our values and helps new hires hit the ground running.
Other Responsibilities
- Champion the Amped HQ culture and act as a culture carrier within the team.
- Partner with the leadership team on strategic people initiatives.
- Step in to support HR projects and initiatives that align with our growth and goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience in the Philippines.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, C&B, training, compliance, and recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, ClickUp, Zoom, and Canva.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup or international outsourcing setup.
- Familiarity with remote team dynamics and culture building.
