  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service management or similar roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service expertise, scheduling proficiency, problem-solving abilities, account management skills, and technical proficiency.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional remote work opportunities; may involve some evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, empathy, and adaptability.
