The Client

A leading AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform, trusted by over 1,000 customers. Its proprietary AI engine, blending predictive and generative AI, is specifically designed to optimize legal document workflows, enhance analytics, and minimize risk. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Boston, it helps businesses streamline contract management with greater efficiency, precision, and strategic value.

The Role

This role is for an outsourced Business Systems Analyst who will act as a bridge between business needs

and technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing

technology solutions that optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation

across various departments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent

communication skills, and a deep understanding of business systems and technology.

 

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

● Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across different

departments (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) through interviews, workshops, and

document analysis.

● Skillfully navigate cultural nuances and communication styles to ensure clear understanding and

alignment of expectations with international stakeholders.

● Analyze and model business processes, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for

improvement through technology solutions.

● Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional specifications that clearly define

system requirements and desired outcomes.

● Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with

strategic objectives.

 

System Design & Solutioning

● Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system design documents that

guide the development and implementation of technology solutions.

● Evaluate and recommend appropriate software applications, tools, and technologies to meet

business needs, considering factors such as functionality, scalability, integration capabilities, and

cost-effectiveness.

● Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, engineers) to design and implement

solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to technical standards.

Testing & Quality Assurance

● Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that technology solutions meet

functional and non-functional requirements.

● Conduct various types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and

user acceptance testing (UAT).

● Identify and document defects, working with development teams to resolve issues and ensure

quality deliverables.

 

Implementation & Support

● Support the deployment and rollout of technology solutions, providing training and guidance to

end-users.

● Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and

knowledge base articles.

● Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges.

Continuous Improvement

● Monitor and analyze the performance of technology solutions, identifying areas for optimization

and enhancement.

● Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies to improve

business processes and drive innovation.

● Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business systems analysis and

technology.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in the following:

● Google Workspace (G Suite)

● Data analytics platforms (Looker → SQL/LookML)

● Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technology (Workato)

● CRM (Salesforce)

● ERP (NetSuite)

Work Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday 10pm-7am PH time

Work Location: 

• Office based (Eastwood, Alabang, SM North, Clark or Cebu)
