Job Qualifications:

• Open for Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant courses
• With at least 5+ years of work experience as Recruitment Team Lead
• Amenable to work at Taguig
• Willing to work on a Night Shift
• Good to excellent English communication skill

Job Description:

• Leads process improvements, enhances recruitment systems, and manages key operational initiatives.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering collaboration within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Oversee scheduling, interview coordination, and recruitment-related communications with hiring managers and candidates.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex scheduling conflicts and process roadblocks.
• Implement process efficiencies and recommend improvements in recruitment workflows.
• Conduct data validation, reporting, and analysis to support recruitment decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.
