Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator Lead

Location: BGC Taguig

Job Overview:

The Recruitment Coordinator Lead plays a key role in driving operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition team. They ensure smooth recruitment operations, optimize processes, and enhance collaboration across hiring teams. This role is responsible for managing recruitment coordination activities, streamlining workflows, and guiding junior team members to maintain efficiency and compliance in the hiring process. The Recruitment Coordinator Lead oversees the end-to-end coordination of recruitment processes, ensuring timely and seamless execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvements, enhance recruitment systems, and manage key operational initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering collaboration within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Oversee scheduling, interview coordination, and recruitment-related communications with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex scheduling conflicts and process roadblocks.
  • Implement process efficiencies and recommend improvements in recruitment workflows.
  • Conduct data validation, reporting, and analysis to support recruitment decision-making.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.


Candidate Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills/Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, scheduling best practices, and HR systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and case management tools.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or talent acquisition operations.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills/Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Power BI, or other HR technology platforms.
    • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
