Description

  • Support HR initiatives and programs across the organization.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.


Experience Level:

  • 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong time management and communication skills; proficiency in HR software.


Working Conditions:
