Description

  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.

  • Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies.

  • Assist with compliance and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in BS PSYCHOLOGY / HRDM or any equivalent
  • Good communications skills
  • With at least six (6) months of relevant working experience
  • Keen to details
  • Knowledgeable in Recruitment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to do field work (Client visitation)
  • Willing to START ASAP!
