Description
- Manage employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Assist in conducting examination and interview of applicants.
- Assist in payroll preparation (DTRs).
- Perform various HR tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resource Management.
- Has knowledge with labor laws, ethical practices and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong integrity and keen to details.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be trained in Baguio City then be assigned in Rosario, La Union.
- Willing to travel to Baguio, if necessary.
- Can start immediately.
