Description
- Responsible for answering customer inquiries online, providing professional product information and service support.
- Handle customer complaints, maintain good customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Timely feedback on customer needs, collaborating with the team to optimize service processes.
- Proficient in using online customer service systems, effectively recording and tracking customer service issues.
- Must possess strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: At least a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in English, with customer service and problem-solving skills, familiar with sales channels and sales promotion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for customer inquiries, handling complaints, promoting sales, and providing high-quality service.
- Working Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, which may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Characteristics: Excellent communication skills, patience, teamwork spirit, and strong adaptability.
