- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from key clients, providing professional solutions.

- Handle customer complaints to ensure client satisfaction.

- Maintain and manage relationships with key clients, conducting regular follow-ups.

- Assist clients with transaction and account management.

- Gather customer feedback to assist in improving service processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.

- Relevant knowledge and experience in the virtual currency industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and possess problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
