Job description

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Handle customer inquiries and process orders
  • Manage and maintain client databases
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
  • Coordinate communication between sales and other departments
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients
  • Provide general office support as needed
  • Experience in preparing Bidding Documents is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Knowledgeable in MS applications
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Willing to render overtime work if necessary
  • Organized, team player & creative
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Aggressive, willing to learn and be training
  • Can start asap
