Key responsibilities:

• Support Customers in the utilization of My Prices
• Handle quotations requests received by inside and outside sales 
• Support on a dedicated portfolio of customer
• Follow-up on quotation’s sent, expiring, not booked
• Contribute to dispute resolution 
• Contact with pricers on Freight & DDSM claims
• Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (E-commerce, VAS, Intermodal, CEVA…)
• Back-up for Outside Sales 

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• Working experience in related field is an advantage
• Above average communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
