MUST BE WILLING TO WORK UNDER AN AGENCY

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our business with day-to-day financial tasks. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with potential for long-term work depending on performance.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Record daily income and expenses accurately
  • Categorize transactions in QuickBooks
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain and update financial records in Google Sheets
  • Assist with generating basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
  • Support general admin tasks when needed (a plus)


QUALIFICAITONS:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting

Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online preferred)

Strong skills in Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, etc.)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication skills

⭐︎ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Admin or virtual assistant experience
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools
