説明
- Manage and update product listings across ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok).
- Monitor and analyze website performance, conversion rates, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotions, email campaigns, and digital advertising efforts.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels across all platforms.
- Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to increase site visibility and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to improve the overall customer journey and user experience.
- Track and report on KPIs such as cart abandonment rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, etc.
- Stay up to date with trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online transactions and website performance.
- Assist in implementing A/B testing and personalization strategies.
要件
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with web analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical ability.
