説明

  • Oversee and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Accurately manage customer orders via Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.
  • Manage returns and exchanges per company policies.
  • Resolve order inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control.
  • Identify process improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and fulfillment metrics.
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms to track order statuses.
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickups and timely deliveries.
  • Conduct quality checks on picked products.
  • Address customer complaints and platform disputes promptly.
  • Streamline fulfillment processes and prepare reports as needed.
  • Support e-commerce operations, including marketing and sales monitoring.
  • Ensure timely submission of products on campaigns.
  • Assist in growing online presence and can start ASAP.

  • Must be computer literate
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Purchasing and negotiation skills
  • Highly attentive to given instruction
  • Shows practicality when responding to issues and concerns
  • Possess a positive working attitude flexible and self-motivated
