The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the hospital’s financial strategy, ensuring financial sustainability, and driving operational efficiency. The role requires a highly experienced financial leader with a strong background in financial planning, risk management, compliance, and business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA license with a minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or similar).
• Experience in the hospital, healthcare, or related industries is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance.
