ADMINISTRATIVE / SALES ASSISTANT | FULL-TIME, IN-OFFICE

JOIN A LEADING REAL ESTATE TEAM IN METRO MANILA

Are you an organized and proactive professional with a strong background in administrative support?

RE/MAX PRIME, a premier real estate company specializing in high-end properties across Metro Manila, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative/Sales Assistant to support our executive team.

This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering top-notch support behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Schedule appointments for executives and agents
  • Maintain and update our CRM and listing databases
  • Prepare real estate documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate with clients and partners via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist in organizing and supporting property viewings and events
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our executive and sales teams

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in administration, executive support, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (written and verbal)
  • Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to think outside the box
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and a genuine team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
