About the role



Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to utilize your outstanding administrative skills and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization? is seeking a talented Admin Assistant to join our team in our Binan City Laguna office. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business and assisting our team with a variety of administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments

  • Handling a range of administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation

  • Maintaining and updating office records, filing systems, and databases

  • Assisting with procurement, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks

  • Answering and directing phone calls, and responding to email inquiries in a professional manner

  • Contributing to the implementation of office policies and procedures

  • Supporting special projects and events as required

  • Send contracts and sales invoices to clients as requested by other departments.

  • Review client folders to verify full payment status and identify any pending balances. Check if property titles are ready for transfer.

  • Assist in coordinating and confirming schedules for client site visits.

  • Handle photocopying, printing, and scanning of documents as needed.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely processing of client requests and documents.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
