Responsibilities:

Possess resources in Taiwan, Malaysia, or bilingual Chinese-English markets, available for full-time or part-time engagement.

Business Development: Responsible for expanding contract agency and KOL resources, negotiating contract business, and maintaining and strengthening close relationships with partners.

Platform Promotion: Oversee the planning and promotion of platform marketing brand activities to enhance the platform's visibility and influence.

Client Maintenance: Assist in resolving issues encountered by agents and address their suggestions, actively communicate with clients to understand their needs, and provide corresponding support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Insights and Feedback: Gain in-depth understanding of competitors and industry trends, provide market insights and feedback, and support product development and optimization.

Over 2 years of experience in business development (BD) for contract exchanges (CEX/DEX), with a wealth of channel resources, KOL resources, and contract agency resources.

Possesses specialized knowledge of contract trading and related processes of exchanges, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrates good project sourcing abilities and client maintenance skills, capable of establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
