Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, creating immediate connections and trust.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed explanations of product and service features.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain an organized database of current and potential customers.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Close sales effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of business development or inside sales experience.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive in achieving results.
  • Willing to learn, take feedback, and adapt to new sales strategies.
  • Proficient in computer usage and typing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in listening and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
