  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate product information and support.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Assist customers, resolve inquiries, maintain records, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Persyaratan

  • At least 6 months Technical Support Representative TSR or Telecommunications experience with basic troubleshooting experience.
  • Must join Consumer Electronics June 2025 Class
  • Selected Class Only
  • On-site work in Bridgetowne Pasig
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
