Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via chat, email and phone
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience with an international BPO
• Or at least 1 year experience in sales (car sales, real estate, life insurance)
• Or at least 1 year experience in a customer facing service (service crew, barista, receptionist)
