Description

  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product information and troubleshooting support.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality.
  • Meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response time.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (BPO preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge a plus.
