Job Title: IT Technician 

• Reports to: IT Head & Top Management

• Preventive Maintenance System 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with equipment setup, provide technical support, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain good and professional relationship with co-employees
• Follow proper work ethics on attendance, proper grooming and teamwork
• PC Troubleshooting
• IT Support
• Developer
• Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by her superior from time to time;
• I confirm and agree to undertake the above duties and responsibilities as IT Technician.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant technical support experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote support responsibilities.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
