  • We are looking for a dedicated Sales Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist our sales team by providing technical expertise to customers, ensuring smooth product installation and setup, and troubleshooting any issues. You will collaborate with both customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery.

    • Requirements

    • Proven experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in sales-oriented environments.
    • Strong understanding of product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with CRM and help desk software is a plus.
    • Technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
