  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Document issues and track resolutions in ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years Technical Support Representative Experience (SaaS)
  • Knowledgeable in Software as a Service
  • 1-year BPO experience (Call Handling)
  • Willing to work in Davao City
