Main Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage projects to ensure alignment with company goals and timelines.

· Oversee the development and integration of mobile applications, hardware, firmware, operational backends, and project status dashboards.

· Drive project execution using agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Coordinate and collaborate with external consulting teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

· Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, including both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

· Experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced, competitive industry.

· Deep understanding of web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency technologies.

· Project management experience involving mobile applications, hardware, firmware, and operational back-end systems.

· Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, Asana).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with internal teams and external consulting partners, with strong English language proficiency (daily communication).

· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a global team.
