Description

Responsible for the demand research, planning, and implementation of trading platforms and financial derivatives business.
In charge of complete trading functionalities, including but not limited to basic contract trading features, wallet accounts, and trading risk control.
Monitor peer market activities to explore user growth strategies for financial trading products.
Collect feedback from users and internal stakeholders, and continuously update and iterate on products based on the company's business planning.
Effectively communicate with departments such as development, testing, and operations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product and facilitate its launch.
Monitor product data, conduct analysis and statistics, continuously improve the product, and address user pain points.

Requirement

Familiar with financial derivatives and various trading platforms, skilled at identifying problems from the user's perspective, and capable of solving issues with product expertise and experience.
Over 5 years of product management or related work experience, with 2 years of experience in centralized exchange contract products.
Experience in designing futures trading products, with a detailed understanding of trading, user services, risk control, and settlement modules.
Possess sensitivity to user experience, able to consider product design concepts from the user's perspective.
Clear product vision, ability to grasp product requirements, and optimize detail design capabilities.
Strong sense of responsibility, high resilience to stress, and able to handle the workload of a startup company.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Willing to accept a 6-day work schedule in a startup team, remote working mode, with the team operating in Beijing time zone.
Salary up to $7,000 per month. Salary range negotiable based on individual experience, with outstanding performers eligible for participation in option dividend benefits.
