• Gathers client requirements for any development/technical projects.
  
• Documents the User Requirements (as User Stories) and defines the User Acceptance Criteria.
  
• Works with key stakeholders to prioritize tasks and tickets.
  
• Properly cascades the requirement, and any other changes thereafter, to the different internal teams for production.
  
• Spearheads project kickoff to ensure proper cascade and assignment of resources.
  
• Provide clear and regular updates on projects to internal and external stakeholders.

• Build and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients through exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, management, or other related fields.
  
• At least 5 years experience in business/system analysis, product owner, or a related field.

• Excellent documentation skills.
