Senior Revenue Performance Manager to become a key member of their Manila team.
The
Senior Revenue Performance Manager will specialize in analyzing assets and systems to maximize revenue profitability across the portfolio. This role will revise pricing structures, conduct market research, forecast revenue, and generate commercial reports. The role will be working alongside the Australia team and growing Manila team!
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze all assets and systems to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Develop and implement revised pricing structures to enable dynamic pricing across all assets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Forecast top-line revenue for all assets, delivering accurate and actionable projections.
- Create detailed reports to support commercial decision-making and strategy development.
- Review underperforming assets, identify issues, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Design pricing and revenue strategies for new properties and takeovers.
- Provide support to property teams in revenue functions during periods of absenteeism.
- Develop and evaluate incentive and upsell programs to maximize additional revenue streams.
- Lead task forces for new builds, inventory refurbishments, and property takeovers.
- Conduct audits and deliver training to property revenue specialists to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Support the business planning process by providing tools, guidelines, and regional market insights, including arrivals, business expectations, and expense planning.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Data Analytics/Business, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Senior-level experience in Data Analytics or Revenue Management, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the industry.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS). Knowledge of Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and configuration expertise is a plus.
- Skilled in data analysis, trend forecasting, and driving financial success for the organization.
