  • A property agent specializing in space rentals typically has the following responsibilities:

    1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their space rental needs, whether for office, retail, industrial, or other commercial purposes.

    1. Market Research: Stay updated on the local real estate market, including available rental properties, trends, and pricing.

    1. Property Listing: Advertise available rental spaces through various platforms, ensuring they reach potential tenants.

    1. Property Showings: Conduct site visits for prospective tenants, providing them with details about the property, lease terms, and other relevant information.

    1. Negotiation: Assist in negotiating rental agreements, including lease terms, rental rates, and any special conditions.

    1. Lease Management: Facilitate the preparation and signing of lease agreements, ensuring both parties are satisfied and aware of their obligations.

    Requirements

    • - With valid original barangay and police clearance
    • - Strong customer service skills are an advantage
    • - Detail-oriented and adept in customer interactions
    • - Open to all genders
    • - Trustworthy with a pleasing personality
    • - 18 years old and above
    • - High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or higher
    • - Experience is a plus, but candidates without experience who are willing to be trained are also welcome
    • - Able to work shifting schedules, flexible hours including weekends or holidays
    • - Physically fit
