Client Representation

• Buyers: Assist clients in locating suitable properties that align with their needs, budget, and preferences.
• Sellers: Aid property owners in listing, marketing, and selling their properties for the best possible price.
• Renters/Leasers: Facilitate the rental or leasing of properties to tenants.

Market Knowledge

• Remain updated on current market trends, property values, and neighborhood conditions.
• Provide clients with insights and advice regarding properties based on market conditions.

Property Listings & Marketing

• Promote properties through online listings, brochures, social media, and open houses.
• Take photographs, create descriptions, and ensure proper documentation of properties.

• - With valid original barangay and police clearance
• - Good customer service skills are an advantage
• - Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• - All genders are welcome
• - Trustworthy and possesses a pleasant personality
• - 18 years old and above
• - High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or higher
• - Experience is a plus, but without experience is acceptable if willing to be trained
• - Can work on a shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays
• - Physically fit
