HIRING

A Property Agent for a Boarding House typically manages the leasing, renting, and maintenance of the property, ensuring it operates smoothly for both tenants and owners. Here’s a breakdown of the main responsibilities:

Tenant Management:

  • Finding Tenants: Advertising vacancies, screening potential tenants, and conducting interviews or viewings.
  • Lease Agreements: Preparing and explaining lease agreements to tenants, including rent terms, rules, and responsibilities.
  • Tenant Support: Addressing tenant concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring compliance with house rules.

Property Maintenance:

  • Repairs & Upkeep: Coordinating regular maintenance and any necessary repairs, ensuring the property is safe, functional, and attractive.
  • Safety Inspections: Ensuring the property complies with local health and safety regulations.
  • Upgrades/Improvements: Making recommendations for property improvements or upgrades to attract new tenants.

Requirements

  • - Must have valid original barangay and police clearance
  • - Strong customer service skills are an advantage
  • - Detail-oriented and good with customers
  • - All genders are encouraged to apply
  • - Trustworthy with a pleasing personality
  • - At least 18 years old
  • - High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High, or higher
  • - Experience is a plus, but applicants without experience who are willing to be trained are also welcome
  • - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
