Position Title: Operations / Warehouse Manager

Work Assignment: DISTRIBUTION CENTER (PULILAN, BULACAN)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the logistics department, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory turnover, and take proactive measures to address any issues.
• Collaborate with departmental supervisors and team leads to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within logistics operations.
• Work closely with the Operations and cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements, automation solutions, and best practices.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising operational staff, including warehouse personnel, drivers, and administrative assistants.
• Work closely with customer service teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g.   electricians)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Requirements and Skills:

• College degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a logistics or similar environment.
• Keen to details and has excellent management & leadership experience.
• Computer literate
• Can work under pressure to meet deadlines 
• Willing to do other work-related tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Can start immediately
