Role Overview:

FTW is a high-performing start-up non-profit organization looking for a Head of Operations to help lead our next stage of ambitious growth. This person will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the effective execution of our mission. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Head will lead program delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance while fostering partnerships and sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in Operations (minimum of 5 years). Experience in non-profits, education, or tech-related initiatives preferred.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in fundraising, partnerships, and stakeholder management including managing a team.
• Passion for gender equity and workforce development in tech.
• Experience and comfortable with technological tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and Slack.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to scale impact and efficiency including analysis of past performance and improving on this.
• Oversee program execution, ensuring high-quality training and participant success including program selection, program delivery, and partner management within the programs.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team (operations, marketing, business development, learning team support, partnerships support) promoting a culture of inclusivity and innovation.
• Manage budgets, fundraising efforts, and financial sustainability.
• Build partnerships with corporate sponsors, tech organizations, and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and funding requirements including relevant business permits, tax deadlines etc.
