• Supervises and assigns the day to day work load to ensure that customer requests coming from the Frontline and ledger review in relation to releasing of title are done on a given turn-around time.
• Evaluates team performance and provides performance feedback to each team member in order to continually improve performance.
• Addresses escalated problems and complaints by acting on its resolution
• Conducts training and coaching regularly to develop staff knowledge on the operational processes of the job.
• Interacts with various departments within and outside Operations on issues regarding buyer's account.
• Prepares and submits regular performances reports related to FSU to Department Head.
• Performs other task that may be given from time to time to support the department.
