We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, team leadership, and strategic planning—preferably within the iGaming, online casino, or sports betting industry. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across all facets of the business.

• Optimize workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure quality control, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and support teams through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee production, customer service, and outlet operations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality output.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in the iGaming, online casino, or sports betting industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, production planning, and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in operational tools, reporting systems, and data analysis.
