SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT

• Develop and implement software solutions that align with business objectives to improve operational efficiency.
• Administer and maintain business systems, prioritizing security and system reliability.
• Create and manage database reports to inform operations and strategic decision-making.
• Provide training to users on software applications, ensuring optimal usage and understanding.
• Keep software across workstations current with updates and patches, and manage software licenses.
• Offer comprehensive support for software, hardware, or network issues, enhancing user productivity.

HARDWARE MANAGEMENT

• Conduct regular hardware and software audits for effective IT asset management.
• Ensure IT support for hardware and software is consistently reliable and systems are protected against viruses.
• Maintain up-to-date antivirus definitions on all workstations, safeguarding against threats.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering. A master’s degree or equivalent advanced study is advantageous.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of two years in an IT role with responsibilities in systems programming, business application
• Above average communication skills both written and verbal..
• Proficient in software/systems development, maintenance, and administration. Skilled in VB.Net, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.
• Adaptable to change, critical thinker, and organized, with strong project and time management skills. Technologically adept and maintains a proactive approach to challenges.
